塔式起重机回转运动斜拉影响的研究
Influences Research on Slewing Movement of Tower Cranes with Cable-stayed
【摘要】 对塔式起重机回转运动斜拉固支物体进行计算分析,得出塔机回转斜拉时臂架下沉刚度系数变化曲线,进而得出塔机斜拉时钢丝绳张力和起重力矩的变化曲线。分析结果表明:塔机回转运动斜拉固支物体会使钢丝绳张力和力矩等持续增加,甚至倍增,超出塔机结构或吊装钢丝绳承载范围,且吊装钢丝绳张力增加幅度大于力矩增加幅度。通过塔机斜拉模拟试验验证了计算和有限元分析的准确性。指出现场施工不可盲目依赖力矩限制器的保护作用,应严格按照国家强制标准的相关要求操作塔式起重机。
【Abstract】 Through computing and analyzing stabled objects in a slewing movement you can plot change of descending rigidity coefficients when stabling the boom and further to get change curves cable tension and craning torque when stabling the tower.Results of analyses show that the fixed support of stabling can continuously increase,and even double,tension and torque of the cable while the tower crane slewing that exceeds load limits of the structure and/or the lifting cable,and more tension increase of the cable would be greater than that of the torque.Nevertheless,accuracy the computation and finite element analyses has been proved thru simulated tests,while the text pointing out that working operation at job-sites can never rely only on protection by the torque limiter blindly,the way out must strictly observe the State’s compulsory specifications with relative requirements for the tower crane operation.
