【Abstract】 VERICUT is a software that can simulate the NC machine tool machining process,prevent the machining program error,machine tool collision,and improve the cutting efficiency.To study the virtual machining process,the virtual model of MV610 machining center is carried out by UG.The process and method of building the simulation machine tool are described by VERICUT software.And the process of modeling of virtual machine tools on the VERICUT platform is explained by examples.Through the processing on a virtual platform,the success of the machinging process of the collision test is achieved.更多还原
