质量偏心影响下的碰摩转子非线性分析
Nonlinearanalysis on rub impact rotor with mass eccentricity
【摘要】 利用拉格朗日方程建立了非稳态油膜力作用下的转子-定子-轴承系统碰摩故障的力学模型,应用数值分析方法研究了该系统随质量偏心变化时的时域波形、轴心轨迹和Poincare截面,揭示了系统分岔特性和进入混沌的途径.研究结果表明:当质量偏心作为唯一控制参数时,系统呈现出复杂的非线性动力学行为.该结果为大型旋转机械的故障诊断提供了理论依据.
【Abstract】 With the Lagrange equation,a rub-impact fault mechanical model for rotor-stator-bearing system is first established.By employing the numerical analysis for the time-domain waveform,axis track and Poincare section with mass eccentricity,the system bifurcation characteristic and chaotic route are then revealed.Finally,it is indicated from results that,when the mass eccentricity is treated as the single control parameter,the complex nonlinear dynamical behavior occurs.Therefore,this approach provides the theoretical reference to large rotary machinery fault diagnosis.
