【摘要】 为探讨肛泰栓和痔疮栓在混合痔术后的应用疗效,将60例环状混合痔手术患者随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组20例,A组术后应用复方荆芥熏洗剂+肛泰软膏+肛泰栓,B组术后应用复方荆芥熏洗剂+肛泰软膏+痔疮栓,C组术后应用0.02%高锰酸钾溶液熏洗,然后用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子喷涂创面。对比3组患者术后创面肉芽组织生长情况、创面愈合情况及便秘改善情况。结果显示,术后第3天、第7天、第30天,A、B组创面肉芽组织生长情况明显优于C组,P<0.05;A组创面愈合情况明显优于B、C组,P<0.05;B组术后便秘改善情况明显优于A、C组,P<0.05。结果表明,在加快创面愈合方面,肛泰栓优于痔疮栓;在缓解便秘方面,痔疮栓优于肛泰栓。另外,洗剂、膏和栓联合应用,在促进肉芽组织生长方面的长期疗效优于生物敷料。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was to explore the application efficacies of Gangtai suppository and Zhichuang suppository after mixed hemorrhoids surgery,randomly divided 60 cases of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids into group A,B,C,20 cases for each;after surgery group A adopted Gangtai suppository+Gangtai salve+compound Jingjie fuming & wash lotion;group B,Zhichuang suppository+Gangtai salve+compoud Jingjie fuming & wash lotion;group C,0.02/1) PP solution for fuming & wash,then recombinant ox basic firbroblast growth factor was spraied onto wound-surface;then the status on wound-surface granulation tissue growth,wound-surface healing and constipation improvement were compared between the three groups.As results,on the 3rd,7th and thirtieth day in granulation tissue growth status group A and B were all significantly superior to group C(P <0.05);in wound-surface healing status group A was significantly superior to group B and C(P <0.05);in constipation improvement group B was significantly superior group A and C(P <0.05).Results show that in promoting wound-surface healing Gangtai suppository is superior to Zhichuang suppository;in relieving constipation Zhichuang suppository is superior to Gangtai suppository;besides,lotion + salve-(-suppository has more long-term efficacy in promoting granulation tissue growth than bio-dressing.更多还原
