【摘要】 为观察阿痢1号汤在疫毒炽盛型肠阿米巴病治疗中的应用效果,将50例疫毒炽盛型肠阿米巴病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各25例。对照组口服奥硝唑片,每次0.5 g(2片),早晚各1次;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,予以阿痢1号汤直肠点滴(100 mL,早晚各1次)。2组均以治疗10 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。对比分析2组患者治疗前后主要临床症状体征、肠镜下黏膜病变、中医证候等指标。结果 显示,治疗后,在疾病疗效、肠镜下黏膜病变疗效及中医证候疗效方面,治疗组均明显优于对照组,P<0.05或P<0.01。结果 表明,阿痢1号汤可明显提高奥硝唑片口服治疗疫毒炽盛型肠阿米巴病的临床疗效,临床应用价值高。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was to observe the effect of Ali No.l decoction in the treatment of amebiasisCtype of fulminant dysentery and extreme heat).The 50 patients with this disease were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,25 cases for each;the former ?rally administered ornidazole tablets,0.5 g/time,i.e 0.25 g×2,l time per morning and night,while the latter was again added Ali No.l decoction,drip via rectum(100 ml,l time per morning and night);both groups all was continuous for 2 treatment courses(i.e,10 dX2);then the changes before and after treatment in main clinical symptoms and signs,enteroscopied mucosa lesion,TCM symptom & sign,etc were compared and analysed between two groups,As results,after treatment the above-mentioned indexes of the latter were all significantly superior to the former(P <0.05 or P <0.01).Results show that in oral administration of Austrian tablet to treat amebiasis(type of fulminant dysentery and extreme heat) Ali No.l decoction can significantly enhance its clinical effect.It has high application value.更多还原
