【摘要】 为观察一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效,总结分析2004—2008年采用一期根治术治疗的256例肛周脓肿患者资料。结果显示,256例患者全部治愈,治愈率为100%。治愈时间为14~30 d,平均20 d。术后随访0.5~1年,无复发,无瘘管形成、肛门失禁等并发症和后遗症。结果表明,一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿可降低术后脓肿复发或瘘管形成的发生率,避免再次手术,缩短疗程,减轻患者痛苦,疗效肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to observe the clinical effect of primary radical operation for perianal abscess,authors retrospectively summarized and analysed the data of 256 patients subjected to this surgery.As results,all of the patients were cured,thus curative rate was up to 100%;the curative time was 14-30 days(averaged 20d),the postoperative follow-up of 0.5-1 years did not find any recurrence,formation of fistula,and anal incontinence,etc complication or sequels.Results show that primary radical operation for perianal abscess can reduce postoperative abscess recurrece rate and formation rate of fistula,thus avoid secondary operation;and shorten treatment course,reduce pain of patients,with certain effect.更多还原
