【摘要】 为评价自制挡板改良PPH治疗环状混合痔伴直肠黏膜内脱垂的临床疗效,将60例环状混合痔伴直肠黏膜内脱垂患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用自制挡板改良PPH治疗,对照组采用PPH治疗,观察2组的临床疗效、手术时间、住院时间,以及术后疼痛、尿潴留、出血、肛缘水肿、吻合口狭窄等并发症。结果显示,2组临床疗效、出血、手术时间、住院时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组在术后疼痛、尿潴留、肛缘水肿、吻合口狭窄等方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,自制挡板改良PPH治疗环状混合痔伴直肠黏膜内脱垂疗效确切,术后并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was to investigate the clinical effect of modified PPH with self-made blocked plate in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids complicated with internal rectal mucosa prolapse,randomly divided the 60 cases of this concurrent diseases into treatment group and control one,30 cases for each;the former received above modified PPH,while the latter,alone PPH;then,both group’s clinical effect,operative time,hospitalization time,and such postoperative complications as pain,uroschesis,bleeding,anal edge edema,and stoma stenosis,etc were observed.As results,in clinical effect,bleeding,operative time and hospitalization time there was no statistical difference(P>0.05),but in postoperative pain,uroschesis,anal edge edema and stoma stenosis,etc,treatment group were all better than control one(P<0.05).Results show that above modified PPH with self-made blocked plate in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids complication with internal rectal mucosa prolapse has determined effect,but with less postoperative complication.更多还原
