不同授粉方法在草莓远缘杂交上的应用
Application of Different Pollination Methods in Distant Hybridization of Strawberry
【摘要】 为了更好地开展草莓远缘杂交育种,以栽培品种红颊、章姬和野生种黄毛草莓为研究对象,采取不同的授粉方法,研究克服草莓种间杂交不亲和的育种措施。结果表明:花粉萌发液涂抹柱头,草莓种间杂交有效授粉率提高80.0%~83.3%,杂种后代发芽率提高26.1%~32.6%,与其他几种处理方法的效果达极显著差异。其次,2,4-D涂抹柱头的效果较佳,有效授粉率和发芽率分别达73.3%~76.7%和10.1%~12.2%。
【Abstract】 The effects of different pollination methods on effective pollination rate and offspring germination rate in distant hybridization of strawberry were studied to overcome the interspecific incompatibility and further develop distant hybridization in breeding of strawberry. Results: The pollination method of smearing pollen germination liquid on stigma can increase by 80.0%~83.3% of the effective pollination rate and 26.1%~32.6%of the offspring germination rate in interspecific hybridization of strawberry,which is very significantly higher than other pollination methods.The effect of smearing stigma with 2,4-D is better,and the effective pollination rate and offspring germination rate reach73.3%~76.7% and 10.1%~12.2%respectively.
