棉花抗黄萎病分子机制研究进展

【摘要】 黄萎病(Verticillium wilt)已严重影响棉花的可持续生产,研究并明确棉花对黄萎病的抗病机制对于黄萎病的防控至关重要。本研究从诱导抗病性(induced disease resistance,IDR)、抗病相关基因介导的抗病性(resistance related gene induced disease resistance,RGIR)以及小RNA的抗病机制(micro RNA mediated disease resistance,MDR)这3个方面综述了棉花黄萎病抗性机制的研究进展,概述了激发子、抗病基因和转录因子的分类与特点以及诱导免疫和理想诱导物的特点;并在棉花抗病基因的发掘上重点作了展望,以期对棉花抗病育种提供理论参考。

【Abstract】 Cotton Verticillium wilt has affected the sustainable production of cotton in China seriously. Studying and identifying the disease resistance mechanism of Verticillium wilt are crucial for prevention and control. In this study we summarized the research progress of the mechanism of cotton resistance to Verticillium wilt from 3 aspects:Induced Disease Resistance(IDR), Resistance Related Gene Induced Disease Resistance(RGIR) and micro RNA mediated Disease Resistance(MDR). And summarized the characteristics of elicitor, resistance gene, transcription factor, induced-immunization and ideal inducer. Besides, we discussed the prospect of cotton disease resistance which played an important role on cotton breeding.
