利用InDel标记鉴定加工番茄杂交种纯度

【摘要】 本研究利用InDel标记对新疆主栽加工番茄品种TH8号和TH17号的杂交种进行了纯度快速鉴定。从48对候选多态性丰富的InDel标记中,筛选出2对(InDel-328,InDel-78)可重复、稳定、特异的可区别各自父母本的InDel标记,分别对TH8号和TH17号杂交种进行了纯度分析,结果表明其中TH8号的平均纯度为99.29%,TH17号的平均纯度为99.65%。上述结果与大田鉴定结果高度一致。

【Abstract】 In this research the In Del marker was used to quickly identify the purity of two Xinjiang major processing tomato varieties No. TH8 and No. TH17. After screening 48 paris candidate with rich polymorphism we obtained two In Del markers(In Del-328, In Del-78) which perform repeatability, stability and specialty to distinguish their parental lines from each other respectively. Then we identified the purity of the No. TH8 and No. TH17 hybrids markers. The results showed that the average purity of No. TH8 and No. TH17 are 99.29% and 99.65% respectively which were highly consistent with the results obtained in the field investigation.
