通过草甘膦浸种鉴定抗草甘膦棉花

【摘要】 以转基因抗草甘膦棉花种质"G6-1"及其非转基因遗传背景亲本对照"中棉所49"为材料,研究了草甘膦浸种对棉花幼苗生长发育的影响。结果表明,抗草甘膦棉花种质"G6-1"和对照"中棉所49"在种子出苗率、棉花幼苗全株鲜重和可溶性蛋白增量等各项指标间差异均达到显著水平;当用大于0.5%浓度的草甘膦浸种时,"中棉所49"幼苗不能出土、鲜重已降到最低并枯萎死亡,而抗草甘膦棉花种质"G6-1"幼苗生长发育正常,这进一步证实了通过草甘膦浸种法鉴定抗草甘膦棉花是可行的;当浸种用草甘膦浓度达到3.0%,即使抗草甘膦棉花幼苗鲜重也出现显著的降低,所以推荐使用0.5%~1.0%浓度的草甘膦进行浸种鉴定。

【Abstract】 The effects on seedli ng growth of cotton soaked in Glyphosate solution were studied,using the transgenic glyphosate-resistant cotton germplasm ‘G6-1’as the materials,while their non-transgenic genetic background cultivar ‘CCRI-49’as control.The results showed there were significant differences between glyphosate resistant cotton ‘G6-1’and genetic background control ‘CCRI-49’in fresh weight,emergency rate,soluble protein increment of cotton seedlings.All the seedlings of‘CCRI-49’couldn’t grow up from the earth,had the lowest fresh weight,withered and then died while soaking in more than 0.5% glyphosate aqueous solution,but glyphosate-resistant cotton ‘G6-1’expressed an excellent resistance to glyphosate.The results indicated that identification of glyphosate-resistant cotton by soaking seed in glyphosate solution was feasible.The fresh weigh of‘G6-1’seedlings significantly declined when soaking in 3.0% glyphosate aqueous solution,therefore,soaking seed in 0.5%~1.0% glyphosate aqueous solution was appropriate for the identification of glyphosate-resistant cotton.
