水稻茎秆抗倒伏相关QTL定位与分析
Relevant QTL Mapping and Analysis of Lodging Resistance in Rice
【摘要】 水稻的倒伏问题一直是制约其产量的重要因素之一。不断发掘、利用水稻抗倒伏性状相关QTL,选育出抗倒伏品种,从而提高水稻收获指数,是新时期水稻理想株型和高产育种相结合的重要育种方向。本研究利用Vary Lava 1312和华恢1 462构建的F2:3群体,基于全基因组构建遗传连锁图谱,对水稻基部茎秆直径(BCM)、伸长第一节茎秆直径(FCM)、伸长第二节茎秆直径(SCM)和株高(PH)进行QTL(quantitative trait locus)分析。2013年和2014年两年表型数据共检测到19个控制茎宽的QTLs和4个控制株高的QTLs。其中,位于第1染色体和第9染色体上的5个茎宽QTLs(q BCM1,q BCM9,q FCM1,q FCM9.1和q SCM1)和2个株高QTLs(q PH1.1和q PH9)在两年中均被检测到。位于第1染色体上RM4011-RMYP41231区间内的QTL在两年重复中均具有较好的稳定性。此区间的QTLs对各节茎秆直径的表型变异解释率为2.69%~16.22%,这些稳定检测到的QTLs对于利用分子标记辅助选择改良水稻抗倒伏提供了重要的基因资源。
【Abstract】 Rice lodging is a major factor that affects the yield. In this study, identification and application of lodging resistance QTLs in rice germplasm to develop lodging resistance varieties that can increase harvest index and improve the biomass in conditions of certain economic factors.In this study we performed quantitative trait locus(QTL) analysis for four traits of lodging resistance, i.e. basal internode(BCM), the stem diameter of the basalⅡelongating internode(FCM), the stem diameter of the basalⅠelongating internode(SCM) and plant height(PH),based on a whole genome linkage genetic map in an F2:3population derived from Vary Lava 1 312 and Huahui1462. The results showed that in both 2013 and 2014, a total of 9 quantitative trait loci(QTLs) affecting stem diameter were detected on chromosomes 1, 2, 4, 5, 9 and 10, A total of 4 QTLs affecting PH were identified on chromosomes 1, 7 and 9, respectively. Among them, 5 QTLs for stem diameter(q BCM1, q BCM9, q FCM1, q FCM9.1and q SCM1) and 2 QTLs of PH were detected on chromosome 1 and 9. The locus between markers RM4011 and YP41231 on chromosome 1 was detected in both years. The QTLs in this interval explained 2.69% ~16.22%phenotypic variation for each stem diameter. These stably expressed QTLs could be used for improvement of the lodging resistance of rice varieties as important gene resources.
