植物果糖激酶基因家族演化及其功能
A Review for Gene Evolution and Functional Study in Plant Fructokinase
【摘要】 在大部分植物中,糖是主要的光合产物以及主要代谢途径的碳原材料,蔗糖在被分解成果糖后主要由果糖激酶进行磷酸化催化。本综述根据近年植物果糖激酶研究新进展,及现有测序完成植物基因组数据,对果糖激酶的基因演化分析作了归纳分析,并综述了单双子叶的果糖激酶分子特征与生化性质,家族成员基因组演化分析和表达特征、亚细胞定位和基因功能,并进一步提出了果糖激酶研究领域的展望。
【Abstract】 In plants, sucrose is the major products of photosynthesis and the main carbon resources for most of metabolic pathways in which sucrose is cleaved into glucose and fructose for further metabolizing. Plant fructokinases(FRKs) are considered to be the main gateway to fructose metabolism as it can phosphorylate fructose to fructose-6-phosphate. Here, based on the progress of FRK studies in plants, we reviewed the study of molecular characteristics, expression characteristics and gene function. Furthermore, with the available whole genome database of plant species, we analyzed the FRK gene evolution in plants. We also summarized the prospects for FRK study in plants.
