高稳定性蔗糖聚酯乳液的制备及其应用
Preparation and application of high stability sucrose polyester emulsion
【摘要】 为优化蔗糖聚酯的乳化工艺,提高其乳液的稳定性,采用转相乳化法,研究了复合乳化剂HLB值、乳化剂质量分数、油水比例、乳化时间、乳化温度及搅拌速度对蔗糖聚酯乳化效果的影响,并对蔗糖聚酯乳液的稳定性和应用性进行了研究,得到最佳的乳化条件:复合乳化剂HLB值为9.8,质量分数为9%,乳化水油比例为2,乳化时间为85 min,乳化温度为30℃,搅拌速度为2 000 r/min。在该条件下制备的蔗糖聚酯乳液具有高稳定性和良好的分散性,粒径分布均匀,长期放置不分层,且该蔗糖聚酯乳液能够有效降低织物表面的摩擦因数,赋予织物良好的柔软效果,对织物色变影响较小。
【Abstract】 In order to optimize the emulsification technology of sucrose polyester and improve the stability of the emulsion,using inverse emulsion method,the experiment studied the effects of HLB value of composite emulsifier, mass fraction of emulsifier, ratio of water / oil, emulsifying time, emulsifying temperature and stir speed on the sucrose polyester emulsion,and also researched the stability and application of sucrose polyester emulsion. Results show that the optimum emulsifying conditions are the HLB value of composite emulsifier of 9. 8,the dosage of 9%,ratio of water / oil of 2,emulsifying time of 85 min,emulsifying temperature of 30 ℃,and the stir speed of 2 000 r / min. The sucrose polyester emulsion has high stability,good dispersion and uniform particle size distribution,and can be long-term stored. The sucrose polyester emulsion can reduce surface friction coefficient,attaches the fabric good softness and has less impact on color change.
