基于粒径分析的分散染料黑浆聚集沉淀

【摘要】 针对分散染料黑浆易聚集沉淀的问题,以150%LB分散黑浆为原料,探究了分散染料浆料经长时间静置后,发生沉淀且色光发生变化的原因。结果表明:150%LB成品黑浆放置半年后,浆料最上层85%以上的染料颗粒发生沉淀,艳度差、色相差明显增大,近似色光变为艳红光;对浆料沉淀及色光变化的各种原因进行了分析,其中分散染料颗粒粒径分布不匀是导致浆料易发生沉淀的主要原因,并提出了可延缓分散染料浆料沉淀速率的方案即"粒径控制"法,有效控制分散染料的粒径分布,在一定程度上解决了分散染料浆料的聚集沉淀问题,扩大了液态分散染料的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of disperse dye black slurry on easy aggregation precipitation,taking150% LB disperse dyes black slurry as raw material,the cause of the aggregation precipitation and the shade change of disperse dyes slurry after standing for a long time was investigated. The results show that after standing for half a year,more than eighty-five percentage of the topmost layer of the dye particles of150% LB disperse black slurry precipitate,the colorful degrees error and hue error increase significantly,and the similar shade turns into a brilliant red color; and various reasons of the slurry aggregation precipitation and the shade change are analyzed,among which the diameter distribution unevenness is the main cause of easy precipitation of the slurry. The paper presents a plan which can suspend the precipitation rate of the disperse dyes slurry,that is " diameter control method",which can control the slurry’s diameter distribution effectively and solve the problem on the aggregation precipitation of disperse dyes slurry to some extent,expanding the application prospect of liquid disperse dyes.
