【摘要】 为了优选并创新罗拉牵伸系统,追溯了环锭纺细纱机牵伸系统的发展历程,分析了建国以来牵伸系统在牵伸装置、加压机构、集聚纺装置、罗拉及其传动机构、胶辊、胶圈、胶圈销及压力棒和吸棉装置等方面的发展进步;阐明罗拉牵伸的缺陷,即:摩擦传动滑溜、胶圈内凹、周期性机械波、扭振恶化等;分析取消上胶圈,采用磁力加压装置的现状并进行展望。指出:传统纺织技术应跟上时代发展,积极采用新技术、新工艺、新设备、新器材,实现纺纱技术的自动化、智能化、信息化、数字化和连续化。更多还原

【Abstract】 To select and innovate the drafting system,the history of ring spinning frame drafting system,and the progresses of drawing device,pressure mechanism,compact spinning device,roller and its transmission mechanism,cots and aprons and apron pins and the pressure rod and a suction device and such since the founding of new China are reviewed with the description of the defects of drafting including the friction drive slippery and aprons in concave and periodic mechanical wave and torsion vibration deterioration.Analysis is made on the current status and prospect of replacing top apron with the magnetic pressure device.It is pointed out that the traditional textile technology should keep up with the times in new technology,new equipment,new accessories for the automation,intelligentization,informationization,digitalization and continuous operation of spinning technology.更多还原
