研究超声波辐射频率分别为0、20、28、40 k Hz时,对质量为(0.23±0.05)g彩虹鲷幼鱼生长发育的影响.30 d的试验结果表明:超声波辐射频率为20 k Hz试验组的质量相对增加率、特定生长率、蛋白质表观消化率最高,分别为(108.80±4.09)%、(2.45±0.70)%·d~(- 1)和(90.60±1.26)%;辐射频率为28 k Hz试验组彩虹鲷幼鱼的干物质消化率最高,为(69.58±1.94)%;超声波辐射频率为40 k Hz试验组的质量相对增加率、特定生长率、干物质消化率、蛋白质表观消化率最低,分别为(71.79±1.64)%、(1.80±0.31)%、(60.46±1.17)%和(86.06±1.81)%.由研究结果可知,不同超声波辐射频率对彩虹鲷幼鱼的质量相对增加率、特定生长率、消化率有显著影响(P<0.05).超声波辐射频率在20~28 k Hz间有利于彩虹鲷幼鱼生长,超声波辐射频率为40 k Hz时不利于彩虹鲷幼鱼生长发育.
