【摘要】 文章以开发涤麻产品的实践为基础,对原料的选择、织物设计、生产工艺流程、工艺技术条件、织物性能进行了分析探讨。为了使涤麻产品在外观及内在质量上具有浓郁的毛麻风格,为保证织物的服用性能,我们特别着重对涤麻的设计及后处理工艺进行了研究。选择2D树脂与聚氨酯混合后的少醛树脂及硬挺剂、有机硅、柔软剂等作为织物的整理剂,并运用正交设计的方法进行实验,探求最佳整理处方。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on practical experience of developing polyester/ramie blended products, the paper analyzed and discussed the selection of raw materials as well as weave design, production process, technical requirements and fabric properties. To endow the resulted fabric with wool/ramie fabric look in terms of both the outer appearance and the internal quality, emphasis is played on the designing of the polyester/ramie fabric and the research of the finishing process.更多还原
