皮芯复合防蚊纤维的制备及性能研究
Processing and Properties of Core-sheath Bicomponent Anti-mosquito Fibers
【摘要】 本文采用皮芯复合纺丝法制备了同芯和偏芯两种结构的防蚊纤维,并对不同减量率下防蚊纤维的表面形态、比表面积和力学性能等进行了研究,探讨了防蚊纤维中防蚊剂含量随放置时间不同的变化情况,且通过检测机构对防蚊纤维织品进行了防蚊效果的评定。结果表明,偏芯型复合防蚊纤维的后加工难度较大;碱处理强弱直接影响同芯型防蚊纤维皮层的孔隙大小、数量以及纤维强度等;配以防蚊助剂2的同芯和偏芯型防蚊纤维均能达到较强的防蚊效果。
【Abstract】 Two bicomponent anti-mosquito fibers, one with concentric core and the other with eccentric core, were prepared with the core-sheath composite spinning process. The article studied the surface morphology, specific surface area and mechanical properties of anti-mosquito fibers under different weight losses, and also made a research on the change of the mosquito repellent content in the anti-mosquito fibers in the course of time. Besides, the repellent effect of the fabrics made from these anti-mosquito fibers was tested by testing institution. The results shows that the processing of the anti-mosquito fiber with eccentric core was relatively difficult; the weight loss ratio could directly affect the hole size and quantity of the sheath and the tenacity of the anti-mosquito fiber with concentric core; and both the bicomponent anti-mosquito fibers with either concentric core or eccentric core could achieve a strong anti-mosquito effect when the No.2 anti-mosquito additive is used.
