【摘要】 居民用水是居民生活的必需品,其替代品很少。自来水价格可以调整自来水的供给,它的制定受到很多因素的影响。本文建立模型分析了阜阳市居民用水价格与可支配收入、用水量、自来水企业生产成本之间的关系,得出了居民用水价格的设定不合理的结论,并分析了当前定价机制造成的损失。研究表明,为了使居民用水的价格能促进资源合理配置并提高社会福利,必须适当提高居民用水价格、根据不同用水量实行阶梯式水价、对节水或用水少的家庭进行补贴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tap water, which is necessary for living, has little substitution. The price of tap water, influenced by many factors, can adjust supply. A model had been established in this paper to analyze the correlation between Fuyang city’s water price,disposable income, water consumption and the cost of company supplying residents’ water. From the model, the current unreasonable price can be found easily. After discussing the Fuyang city’s tap water pricing strategy, this paper described the losses caused by the mechanism. In order to allocate recourse reasonably and improve the degree of social welfare, some recommendations have been brought up, which is increasing appropriately the price of residential water, carrying out stepped water price according to water consumption and subsidizing the families of water-saving or low consumption.更多还原
