【摘要】 日趋复杂的网络舆论环境需要价值引导的评价体系。基于社会主义核心价值观的网络评价体系应当遵循目标性与科学性、理论性与操作性等原则,从视角与系统两方面塑造理论模型,依据一定的指标选择标准、流程与方法,构建了过程性指标、实效性指标和持续性指标3个指标框架,得出了网络竞争力、人力资源、网络形式等6个一级指标,软硬件水平、信息整合能力等14个二级指标,并明确了44个测度变量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The increasingly complicated internet environment of public opinion is in need of a value guiding evaluation system. Sticking to the principle that the system must be objective and scientific, theoretic and operant, building a theoretic model both visually and systematically, following certain standard, procedure and method, three index frameworks are established: a procedural index framework, an effective index framework and a persistent index framework. Therefore, six first class indicators of internet competitiveness, human resources and internet forms, four-teen second class indicators of software and hardware levels and information integration ability and forty-four variables are resulted.更多还原
