用于有机磷农残快速检测的便携式气相色谱仪的设计与实验
Design and experiment of portable gas chromatograph for rapid detection of organophosphorus pesticides
【摘要】 针对有机磷农残快速检测需求提出一种便携式气相色谱仪的结构化设计方案,对仪器结构按功能分解成各个模块,每个模块均采用独立系统控制,使得各模块间没有耦合,并由主控制板统一调度处理。各模块相互协作,共同完成仪器的基本分析功能。仪器的模块支持动态加载,使后期维护更加方便、高效。经实验初步验证,该设计模块可以满足常用有机磷农残的快速检测要求。
【Abstract】 A structured design of portable gas chromatograph is proposed to detect the organophosphorus pesticides,The portable GC is composed of several functional modules,such as injection module,separate module,detection module.Each module does not couple with each other,but is controlled by the main control board,which means that the modules can be loaded dynamically and makes it more convenient and effective for later maintenance.The result shows that the Portable Gas Chromatograph has well represented curves of three common organophosphorus pesticides.
