为建立水样中多种有机锡化合物的快速灵敏检测方法,采用顶空固相微萃取-气质联用(HS-SPME-GCMS)技术,通过Plackett-Burman法和BoxBehnken设计优化了测定条件参数。衍生化和萃取温度、萃取时间和缓冲液p H是影响有机锡测定值的关键因素,衍生/萃取温度60℃、萃取时间30 min、缓冲液p H 4.6是测定的最佳条件。优化后的方法灵敏度高、选择性好,线性范围1~1000ng/L,回收率在82.3%~104.7%之间,相对标准偏差均小于9%,该方法适用于快速检测水环境中多种有机锡化合物。

In order to establish simultaneous,fast and sensitive analytical techniques for a number of organotin compounds in water samples, we applied head space-solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC-MS) and optimized the conditions and parameters in the measurements using Plackett-Burman and Box-Behnken design.
