GFAP及NSE阳性表达与早期PMI的相关性
Study on relationship between early PMI andpositive expression of GFAP and NSE
【摘要】 目的 通过对神经元及胶质细胞进行HE染色、免疫组化染色,观察GFAP/NSE的阳性表达,探讨推断早期死亡时间(postmortem interval,PMI)的可行性。方法 健康白兔36只,分为6组,处死后对兔脑组织取材并进行HE染色及相应免疫组化染色,观察10℃条件下镜下0~24h的变化,分别测定0h、1h、4h、8h、16h、24h阳性细胞的数目和OD值。结果 在10℃条件下,HE染色在0~24h内无明显变化;脑组织AST中GFAP的阳性表达在24h内无统计学意义;神经元NSE的表达逐渐降低,并具有统计学意义。结论 在10℃条件下NSE的阳性表达与PMI具有相关性,可以用于早期PMI推断;GFAP的阳性表达与早期PMI无相关性。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the positive expression of GFAP/NSE by HE staining and immunohistochemical staining of neurons and glial cells,and to explore the feasibility of interval postmortem(PMI).Methods 36 rabbits were divided into 6 groups,the rabbit brain tissues were collected and stained by HE and immunohistochemical staining to observe the changes of 0 ~ 24 h under 10℃ under the microscope,the number of positive cells and OD at 0h,1h,4h,8h,16 h,24h were detected respectively.Results HE staining showed no change in 0 ~ 24 h under 10℃;the positive expression of GFAP in brain tissue was not statistically significant in 24h;the expression of NSE in neuron decreased gradually,and had statistically significance.Conclusion The positive expression of NSE was correlated with PMI at 10℃,and it can be used for early PMI inference.The positive expression of GFAP was not correlated with the early PMI.
