碳钢在高温高CO2分压环境中的点蚀发展机制
Pitting Development Mechanism of Carbon Steel at High Temperature and High Partial Pressure of CO2
【摘要】 利用SEM、EDS和激光共聚焦显微镜对N80钢不同腐蚀阶段表面腐蚀产物膜形貌和成分进行观察和分析,研究了其在高温高CO2分压环境中的点蚀发展机制。结果表明:在高温、高CO2分压环境中,低合金钢点蚀坑的形成和发展与腐蚀产物膜的破坏有关,同时也和Cl-的催化机制有关。
【Abstract】 Carbon steel specimens at different pitting propagation stages were chosen to explore the development mechanism of pitting at high temperature and high partial pressure of CO2.The morphology and composition of the corrosion product film were observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry(EDS)and confocal laser microscopy.The results show that the initiation and growth of pitting in carbon steel were correlated with the destruction of corrosion scale and the catalytic mechanism of Cl-.
