正交实验在低温快烧亚光乳浊釉中的应用

【摘要】 本文选用锆英砂、烧滑石和白云石等为主要原料,研制了一种釉面效果较佳的建筑陶瓷用白色复合亚光釉。本实验应用正交实验考察了配方组成对白色复合亚光釉的影响。实验结果表明:在熔块4,白云石16,滑石5和锆英砂16,烧成温度为1160℃,保温30 min条件下,该建筑陶瓷用釉呈现稳定的白色复合亚光釉,该釉的白度高76.7,光泽度25.8%,

【Abstract】 In this paper,The white and matt glaze was prepared,which is composed of zirconium silicate,calcined talc and quartz as main raw materials. The optimal formulas were determined by orthogonal experiment. The results show that when calcined talc content is 5 wt%,frit is5%,dolomite is 16% and zirconium silicate is 16%,the whiteness of 76.7% and glossiness of 25.8% for the sample are obtained at firing temperature of 1160℃.
