回弹法检测农田水利薄壁构件混凝土强度研究
Concrete Strength of the Thin Wall Component of the Water Conservancy by Rebound Method
【摘要】 针对目前农田水利薄壁构件混凝土还没有实体强度检测方法和标准的问题,以薄壁构件混凝土为研究对象,运用回弹法对U型槽内外壁回弹值关系、同配比条件下U型槽回弹值的离散性以及U型槽回弹值与标准试块强度的关系进行了一系列研究,最后指出可以采用回弹法进行农田水利薄壁构件混凝土的强度检测,并提出了薄壁构件混凝土回弹测强曲线。
【Abstract】 In the rapid advance of farmland water conservancy construction,precast of channel usage is growing sharply,due to the lack of accumulation of previous engineering and technical support,the practical application of the prefabricated components of channel has appeared some problems that affect the quality of the project and application of prefabricated parts,which seriously restricts the construction of farmland water conservancy project in an orderly way. Focusing on lack of detection methods and standards of thin-wall component for water conservancy for solid strength of concrete,this paper adopted rebound method to study U type groove inner wall and the outer wall,the discrete of U type groove,the relationship between the rebound value and the strength of the standard test block. Finally it is pointed out that rebound method can be adopted to detect the strength of concrete of water conservancy of thin-walled members and the strength curve of rebound method is proposed.
