【摘要】 目的研究重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rh FGF-2)在上颌磨牙颊侧Ⅱ度根分叉病变部位的疗效。方法选择已完成牙周基础治疗的20名慢性牙周炎患者中的32只上颌磨牙,其颊侧均存在Ⅱ度根分叉病变。将患牙随机分为两组,实验组采用翻瓣刮治术配合局部使用0.3%rh FGF-2 200μL处理根分叉区,对照组只进行翻瓣刮治术。术后9个月通过牙周探查比较牙周组织的各项指标的变化。结果基线时两组的探诊深度、垂直向及水平向附着丧均无明显差异(P>0.05)。术后9个月,除牙龈退缩在两组间无明显差异外,实验组各临床指标的改善均较对照组明显。结论与单独进行翻瓣刮治术相比,配合0.3%rh FGF-2可显著改善磨牙颊侧Ⅱ度根分叉病变的临床指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of rh FGF-2 for the treatment of buccal furcation defects II in maxillary molars. Methods In the study,20 chronic periodontitis patients with 32 buccal furcation defects II of maxillary molars were included. The defects were randomly divided into two groups. In the experimental group open flap debridement surgery was performed,then 0.3%rh FGF-2 200μL was administered to furcation involvements. In the control group,only open flap debridement surgery was performed. Results At the baseline the two groups have no statistical difference in the clinical indexes of the furcation defects. 9 months after surgery,significant differences were observed between the two groups in all the clinical indexes except GR. Conclusions Comparing with open flap debridement alone,using 0.3%rh FGF-2 can provide superior results in the treatment of molar furcation defects Ⅱ.更多还原
