【摘要】 目的:观察中药熏洗配合理筋手法治疗髋关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将58例髋关节滑膜炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组29例。对照组给予口服塞来昔布胶囊,红外线理疗灯局部照射,配合扶他林软膏涂抹患处治疗;治疗组采用中药熏洗配合理筋手法治疗。2组患者严格卧床休息,限制负重。2组均连续治疗2周,随访6个月。观察2组临床疗效、VAS评分、不良反应和半年后复发情况。结果:治疗组临床痊愈20例,显效6例,好转3例,无效0例,总有效率为89.66%;对照组临床痊愈15例,显效8例,好转5例,无效1例,总有效率为79.31%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后1个月内未见明显不良反应。随访期内,对照组复发6例,治疗组复发1例。结论:中药熏洗配合理筋手法治疗髋关节滑膜炎,具有安全性高,临床可行性强,操作方便,复发率低,费用低廉,疗效显著等优点,值得借鉴和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese-medicine fumigation and washing combining tendon-soothing manipulation in the treatment of hip synovitis.Methods:Fifty-eight cases of hip synovitis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,29 cases in each.The control group was treated with oral administration of celecoxib capsule,local irradiation of infrared light,and application of Voltaren ointment on the afflicted part;while the treatment group was treated with Chinese-medicine fumigation and washing combining tendon-soothing manipulation.Patients were required to take a bed rest and avoid weightbearing.After two-week treatment and six-month follow-up,the two groups were observed on the aspects of clinical efficacy,VAS score,half-year recurrence and adverse reactions.Results:In the treatment group,20 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were improved,and no case was ineffective,the total effective rate being 89.66%;while in the control group,15 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were improved,and 1 case was ineffective,the total effective rate being 79.31%.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were improved than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in the two groups one-month after treatment.During the follow-up period,6 cases in the control group and 1 case in the treatment group had recurrence.Conclusion:Chinese-medicine fumigation and washing combining is characterized by safety,good clinical feasibility,low recurrence rate,less cost and good curative effect in the treatment of hip synovitis,worthy of application and promotion.更多还原
