【摘要】 目的:探讨3D腹腔镜在悬吊式经脐全子宫切除术中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾分析2013年2月至2016年2月为53例患者行腹腔镜悬吊式经脐全子宫切除术的临床资料,其中25例行3D腹腔镜手术(3D组),28例行2D腹腔镜手术(2D组),对比分析两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门首次排气时间、术后住院时间等指标。结果:53例均顺利完成腹腔镜悬吊式经脐全子宫切除术,无一例中转开腹。3D组手术时间[(91.32±14.42)min vs.(103.79±13.23)min]较2D组短(P<0.05)。两组术中出血量[(64.80±8.35)ml vs.(64.57±9.34)ml]、术后肛门首次排气时间[(16.92±3.75)h vs.(17.79±4.13)h]、术后住院时间[(5.16±0.85)d vs.(5.21±0.83)d]差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在悬吊式经脐全子宫切除术中,3D腹腔镜提供了三维立体的高清视野及深度的感知,定位更加精确,术者能更好的观察到精细的解剖结构,与2D腹腔镜相比可明显缩短手术时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the application value of 3D laparoscope in suspended transumbilical panhysterectomy. Methods: The clinical data of 53 patients undergoing suspended transumbilical laparoscopic panhysterectomy from Feb. 2013 to Feb. 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them,25 patients underwent 3D laparoscopic surgery and 28 patients received 2D laparoscopic surgery. The operation time,intraoperative hemorrhage,exhaust time,postoperative hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results: All of the 53 operations were successfully performed. Conclusions: Three-dimensional laparoscope can provide 3D high definition visual field and depth perception in suspended transumbilical laparoscopic panhysterectomy,so the surgical position is more accurate and the doctor is able to observe the tissue more clearly.
