粉末冶金材料及其它高内耗合金的音频内耗仪的研制
The research on the apparatus of internal frietion for powder metallurgy materials and other high-damping alloys
【摘要】 分别提出并研究了用静电激发法和电磁起振法测量粉末冶金材料及其它高内耗合金的内耗值的仪器设计方案并进行初步测试。实验结果表明,该仪器能准确测量高内耗合金的内耗值。该仪器具有性能稳定、结构简单、测量准确、操作方便、也可用于低内耗金属材料测量等优点。
【Abstract】 Two design schemes of the apparatus which were made by the method of electrostatic excitation and electromagnetic vibration were studied to measure internal friction values of powder metallurgy materials and other high-damping alloys. And a preliminary test results show that internal friction values of high-damping alloys can be measured accurately by the apparatus. The apparatus have the advantages of stable performance,reasonable structure,convenient operation and may be used to measure low-consumed metal materials.
