硅对铁基磁粉芯性能的影响研究
Effect of silicon on the properties of iron-based magnetic powder cores
【摘要】 分别从磁滞回线、损耗、磁导率及直流偏置特性来分析硅对铁基磁粉芯性能的影响。结果表明:随着硅含量的增加,磁粉芯的饱和磁感应强度降低,纯铁粉芯的饱和磁感应强度最大;磁粉芯损耗随着硅含量的增加而逐渐减小,纯铁粉芯的损耗最大,FeSi6.5的损耗最小;纯铁粉芯的磁导率要高于铁硅磁粉芯,但随着硅含量的增加,磁导率又缓慢上升;随着硅含量的增加,磁粉芯的直流偏置特性DC-bias稳定性降低。
【Abstract】 The effects of silicon on the properties of iron-based magnetic powder cores were analyzed from hysteresis loop,loss,permeability and DC- bias. The results show that,the saturation magnetic induction intensity of magnetic powder core decreases with the increase of silicon content,and the pure iron powder core has the maximum saturation magnetic induction intensity. The loss of magnetic powder core decreases with the increase of silicon content,and the pure iron powder core has the highest loss,while the FeSi6.5 has the lowest. The permeability of pure iron powder core is higher than that of silicon-iron magnetic powder core,but it slowly rises with the increase of silicon content. The stability of DC- bias characteristic of magnetic powder core decreases with the increase of silicon content.
