【摘要】 目的探讨诺舒阻抗子宫内膜切除系统(NovaSure)治疗月经过多的疗效及并发症。方法回顾性分析2012年2月至2014年12月行诺舒阻抗子宫内膜切除术治疗月经过多患者151例的临床资料及术后随访情况。结果 151例患者平均年龄(43.62±6.16)岁,84.77%(128/151)的患者合并贫血,20.53%(31/151)的患者合并严重内科疾病。平均宫腔深度(8.83±1.80)cm;平均手术时间(89.78±21.14)s,术中出血量均小于10ml;术后平均住院时间为(48.00±6.50)h,术后疼痛发生率为20.53%(31/151),阴道排液率为81.46%(123/151);术后随访3~37个月,平均随访(20.44±8.17)个月,有效率为94.04%(142/151),闭经率为53.64%(81/151),子宫切除率为2.65%(4/151)。结论 NovaSure治疗月经过多近期安全有效,但更远期效果仍需深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate efficacy and complications on NovaSure endometrial ablation system in menorrhagia.Methods 151 cases of patients with menorrhagia were treated with NovaSure system from February2012 to December 2014 in the gynaecology department of Peoples Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Clinical follow-up data of them was retrospectively analyzed.Result The average age of 151 cases patients was(43.62 ± 6.16)years,84.77%(128/151)of patients had anemia,20.53%(31/151)of patients combined serious medical diseases,uterine cavity depth on average was(8.83±1.80)cm.The mean operation time was(89.78±21.14)seconds.The blood loss was less than 10 ml during the operation.24 to 72hours after operation to resume daily activities,the average time was(48.00±6.50)hours.The rate of postoperative pain was 20.53%(31/151)and the rate of vaginal drainage was 81.46%(123/151).3~37(20.44±8.17)months follow-up on average of 151 patients,the rate of efficiency was 94.04%(142/151),the rate of amenorrhea was 53.64%(81/151)and the rate of hysterectomy was 2.65%(4/151).Conclusions The NovaSure system is a safe and effective method for treatment of women with menorrhagia.NovaSure yields high amenorrhea and low surgical reintervention rates.Longer-term effect still needs further study.更多还原
