【摘要】 目的探讨热放化疗对中晚期宫颈癌的疗效。方法选取2012年3月~2015年12月我院收治的宫颈癌中晚期患者132例作为研究对象,均进行热放化疗治疗,其中包括热放化疗治疗组60例,放化疗组作为对照组72例。在进行同样的放化疗实验的基础上,治疗组进行6次盆腹腔深部热疗,对照组进行正常的放化疗治疗,不做热疗。观察两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组在治疗周期结束后有CR25例,PR14例;对照组CR37例,PR11例;结束治疗一个月后,热放化疗治疗组有CR29例,PR9例;对照组有CR39例,PR11例。在进行对比治疗的过程中,两组都出现了消化道反应,也出现了骨髓抑制症状,在经过治疗之后可耐受。结论热放化疗可以提高治疗中晚期宫颈癌的疗效,是十分重要的治疗手段,对患者的毒副作用较小,能够在临床中广泛使用,对提高中晚期宫颈癌的疗效有着十分重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment of advanced cervical cancer with the treatment of heat and radiotherapy.Methods in our hospital from March 2012 to 2015 December 132 cases of cervical cancer patients with advanced thermal radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment,including 60 cases of thermal radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment group and 72 patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy group was used as control group,in the same place on the basis of experimental chemotherapy,chemotherapy in the treatment group were six times in pelvic and abdominal cavity deep hyperthermia,once a week,every 60 minutes,control group were normal on chemotherapy and hyperthermia do.Results In the treatment group at the end of the treatment period,Cr25 exemple,14 cases,the total efficiency;control group CR37 cases,PR11;end a month of treatment,chemotherapy in the treatment group Cr29 cases,Pr9 exemple;CR39 cases in the control group,PR11 cases.In the process of comparing the treatment,the two groups have appeared in the digestive tract reaction,also appeared bone marrow depression symptoms,after treatment can be tolerated.Conclusion The radiotherapy and chemotherapy can improve the efficacy of treatment of advanced cervical cancer,is very important means of treatment,less toxic side effects on patients,can widely used in clinical,plays a very important role in improving the efficacy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.更多还原
