【摘要】 目的探讨采用手术室护理干预对剖宫产术后感染率的影响。方法选取2013年6月~2015年12月在我院行剖宫产术的产妇130例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对比组与研究组,各65例。对比组采用常规围产期护理干预;研究组在常规基础上引入手术室护理。观察两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组切口感染率为4.62%(3/65),明显低于对比组的16.92%(11/65),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用手术室护理能够有效降低剖宫产后切口感染率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the operating room nursing intervention’s influence on the infection after cesarean section.Methods From June 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital for mothers choose 130 cases of cesarean section,it can be divided into two groups.For one group of women with normal perinatal nursing intervention,as the control group;To the other group was introduced into the operating room nursing on regular basis, as a team.Results The team incision infection rate was 4.62%(3/65),significantly lower than the control group 16.92%(11/65),two groups of data exist obvious differences,statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of the operating room nursing can effectively reduce the incision infection after cesarean section.更多还原
