【摘要】 目的探讨超声检查对卵巢妊娠的诊断价值,并对误诊原因进行分析。方法回顾性分析34例经病理证实的卵巢妊娠患者的病历资料及超声声像图特点,并与手术及病理结果进行对照。结果 34例卵巢妊娠患者中,超声检查均提示为附件区包块或盆腔包块。其中,9例进一步提示病变部位在卵巢,15例误诊为输卵管妊娠,1例误诊为卵巢黄体破裂,另外9例未进一步提示病变部位。结论超声检查对卵巢妊娠的诊断具有重要意义,通过对超声声像图的分析及误诊原因探讨,提高诊断准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the diagnostic value of ultrasound in ovarian pregnancy,and make analysis of misdiagnosis.Methods A retrospective analysis of medical records and ultrasound sonogram of 34 patients with ovarian pregnancy that were confirmed by pathology were made,and compared with surgical and pathological findings.Results In all the 34 cases,the ultrasound sonogram all present annex area mass or pelvic cavity mass,nine of them(9/34)made a further diagnose of ovarian pregnancy,fifteen of them(15/34)misdiagnosed of tubal pregnancy,one of them(1/34)misdiagnosed of ruptured corpus luteum,and nine of them(9/34)without a further diagnose.Conclusion Ultrasonic diagnosis of ovarian pregnancy has great significance.The accuracy of diagnosis can be improved by analying of ultrasound sonogram and misdiagnosis.更多还原
