【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺彩超、乳腺导管镜检查在乳头溢液诊断中的作用。方法回顾性分析52例乳头溢液患者的导管镜检查和乳腺彩超结果,结合术后病理检查结果进行分析。结果对本组病理性乳头溢液患者,乳腺彩超检查的阳性率为75.0%;乳腺导管镜的阳性率为84.6%;联合检查的阳性率为100%。结论乳头溢液患者采取乳腺彩超或乳腺导管镜检查,均有一定的假阴性率,两种方法联合应用能达到满意的病因诊断效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the role of ultrasound and fiberoptic ductoscopy(FDS)in the preoperative diagnosis of nipple discharge.Methods The ultrasound and fiberoptic ductoscopy(FDS)results of fifty-two cases with pathological nipple discharge were analyzed retrospectively,then comparative study of surgery and pathology were carried out.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of ultrasound,FDS for pahtological nipple discharge reached 75% and 84.6% respectively,while the joint method delivered 100% diagnostic accuracy.Conclusion Fiberoptic ductoscopy and ultrasound have high value in diagnosis of pahtological nipple discharge of the breast,but also have disadvantages.Combined application of the two methods can provide better diagnosis accuracy.更多还原
