硒酵母联合电灼术治疗尖锐湿疣的临床观察及对血清IFN-γ、IL-2的影响

【摘要】 目的观察硒酵母联合电灼术治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及对患者血清IFN-γ、IL-2的影响,以探讨硒酵母治疗尖锐湿疣的作用机制。方法选取尖锐湿疣(CA)患者100例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组患者应用电灼术治疗,试验组应用硒酵母联合电灼术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、安全性、复发率;另选取50例健康志愿者作为健康对照组。研究患者治疗前及治疗过程中血清中γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素-2(IL-2)水平的变化情况。结果试验组50例,痊愈46例,有效率92%;对照组50例,痊愈32例,有效率64%;试验组治疗效果明显优于对照组,两组治疗方法安全性较好,不良反应少。两组治疗前IFN-γ、IL-2水平均显著低于健康对照组,治疗后两组IFN-γ、IL-2水平均有升高,但试验组IFN-γ、IL-2水平明显高于对照组。结论硒酵母联合电灼术治疗尖锐湿疣疗效确切,可有效减少复发率,且不良反应少,值得临床推广使用,其作用机制可能与提高血清中IFN-γ、IL-2水平,恢复细胞免疫功能有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mechanism of selenium yeast treatment of condyloma acuminatum by observing both clinical effect and effect on levels of IFN-γand IL-2in patientsserum for combined treatment of selenium yeast and electric cauterization.Methods One hundred cases with condyloma acuminatum(CA)were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases each.Patients in control group were treated with electric cauterization,while patients in experimental group were treated by using selenium yeast and electric cauterization.Results from both groups for clinical curative effectiveness,safety and recurrence rate were compared.Fifty healthy volunteers were also selected as healthy control group.The change of levels of both IL-2and IFN-γin patientsserum were observed before and during the treatments.Results Fifty cases were selected for the experimental group,of which,46 cases were cured.The total efficiency rate was 92.0%;50cases were selected for the control group,of which,32 cases were cured.The total efficiency rate was 64.0%.So the efficiency rate of the experimental group was better than the control group.The safety of both groups were good,and the adverse reactions for both groups were rare.Before treatments,the IFN-γand IL-2levels in the both groups were significantly lower than those in healthy control group.During the treatments,IL-2and IFN-γlevels in both groups increased significantly.And both IFN-γand IL-2levels in experimental group were higher than the control group.Conclusion The combined treatment of selenium yeast and electric cauterization can effectively cure Condyloma Acuminatum.It also effectively reduces the recurrence rate and causes much less adverse reactions.So it is recommended for clinical treatment of condyloma Acuminatum.The mechanism may be related to the improving of both IFN-γand IL-2levels in serum,which restores cell immune function.
