教练员自主支持与运动员使用兴奋剂态度:自主性动机的中介作用

Autonomy-supportive Coach and Athletes’ Attitude towards the Use of Doping: the Mediating Effect of Autonomous Motivation

【摘要】 采用问卷调查法对203名运动员进行调查,探讨自主性动机、教练员自主支持与运动员使用兴奋剂态度之间的关系.研究发现:教练员自主支持与兴奋剂态度之间呈显著负相关,教练员自主支持与自主性动机呈显著正相关,自主性动机与兴奋剂态度呈显著负相关.自主性动机在教练员自主支持与兴奋剂态度之间起着完全中介作用.结果表明,教练员自主支持通过自主性动机间接影响运动员使用兴奋剂的态度,这提示运动员自主性动机的培养不容忽视,不然最优外部环境的作用也会大打折扣,管理者应该采取针对性的激励措施,以提升运动员的自主性动机水平.

【Abstract】 In order to explore the relationships between autonomy-supportive coaches,autonomous motivation and athletes’ attitude towards the use of doping,203 athletes participated in this study and were measured by questionnaire survey. The results indicated as follows: autonomy-supportive coach was negatively associated with athletes’ attitude,autonomy-supportive coach was positively associated with autonomous motivation,autonomous motivation was negatively associated with athletes’ attitude. Autonomous motivation played a mediating effect in the relation between autonomy-supportive coach and athletes’ attitude towards the use of doping. The results provide evidence that great emphasis should be attached to the cultivation of athletes’ autonomous motivation,otherwise the effect of external circumstances sold at a discount. Managers should take measures to enhance athletes’ autonomous motivation.
