有机活性硅酸钙制备及对聚氨酯漆的增强作用
Prepration of Organic Active Calcium Silicate and Enhancement Effect to Polyurethane Varnish
【摘要】 采用机械化学法制备了有机活性硅酸钙粉(OACS),并将其加入到聚氨酯漆中制备有机活性硅酸钙/聚氨酯复合材料(OACS/PU)。通过吸油值、FT-IR及SEM等表征手段分析了OACS的疏水性、结构及表面形貌;通过力学性能测试及电镜分析了OACS/PU的力学性质及微观结构。结果表明:随着球磨机的转速增加和改性时间延长,活性硅酸钙粉体的吸油值明显降低,改性后粉体的形貌发生变化。红外光谱表明活性硅酸钙粉体表面吸附了改性剂。有机活性硅酸钙粉在聚氨酯漆中分散均匀并显著提高了聚氨酯涂膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。
【Abstract】 Organic active calcium silicate powder(OACS) was prepared by mechanochemical method and then were added in polyurethane varnish to prepare active calcium silicate/polyurethane composites(OACS/PU). Hydrophobic, structure and surface morphology of OACS were characterized by the oil absorption value, FT-IR and SEM; microstructure and properties of OACS/PU was analyzed by means of mechanical properties test and electron microscope. The result reveals that with the increase of the rotational speed of ball mill and the modified time, the oil absorption value of active calcium silicate powder decreased obviously. The morphology of active calcium silicate were changed and the particle size range was widened through modification. Infrared spectra appears that the modifier was adsorpted on the active calcium silicate powder surface. OACS in polyurethane varnish dispersion was uniform and significantly increases the tensile strength and elongation at break.
