【Abstract】 Basic conditions and personnel structure in Shiyang Village,Qibu Town,Zhouning County were summarized,and the main reasons restricting large number of people to go out for working were analyzed,then the solution for the lack of talents in new countryside construction in Shiyang Village were put forwarded,including increasing agricultural profit,improving rural conditions,strengthening inner vigor,and providing more support.更多还原
