不同品种金线莲氨基酸和多糖含量的比较研究

【摘要】 对4个福建主栽金线莲品种(FJ1号、FJ2号、FJ3号和TW1号)270 d栽培期植株的氨基酸和多糖含量进行测定,结果表明:不同品种金线莲氨基酸、多糖含量有差异,氨基酸总量大小排序为TW1>FJ2>FJ1>FJ3,必需氨基酸含量最高的是TW1号,最低的是FJ3号;多糖含量较高的是FJ2号、FJ3号、TW1号。因此,从氨基酸和多糖含量来看,较为优秀的金线莲品种是TW1号和FJ2号。

【Abstract】 Amino acid and polysaccharide contents were determined for the 4 cultivars of Anoectochilus roxburghii( FJ1,FJ2,FJ3 and TW1) in 9 months cultivation period. The results showed that amino acid and polysaccharide contents were different of different varieties. Amino acid comparison result was TW1 > FJ2 > FJ1 > FJ3. The essential amino acid content was the highest in varieties of TW1,and the lowest in varieties of FJ3. The content of polysaccharide was higher in FJ2,FJ3 and TW1. Therefore,the more excellent varieties of Anoectochilus roxburghii were TW1 and FJ2 from the amino acid and polysaccharide contents.
