采用地暖加热加速新装修房屋室内甲醛释放

【摘要】 甲醛已成为危害人体健康的室内空气首要污染物。该文以成都市三环内新装修房屋的3个独立卧室和书房(10~20 m~2)为研究对象,系统研究了采用地暖加热对消除室内甲醛污染的效果。未加热时,甲醛初始浓度为0.240~0.253 mg/m~3。采用连续三轮地暖加热处理,每轮加热7 d,并检测甲醛含量,然后自然冷却通风3 d。研究结果,第一轮加热后甲醛浓度均值为0.141~0.158 mg/m~3,第二轮后达到0.119~0.150 mg/m~3,第三轮则达到了0.060~0.064 mg/m~3。三轮次地暖加热后,甲醛含量共降低72.7%~77.9%。表明地暖加热对新装修房屋的甲醛释放有明显效果。三轮处理后3个卧室的室内甲醛浓度均与室内温度呈显著负相关,相关系数分别达到-0.844、-0.863、-0.805(p<0.01)。采用地暖加热的物理方法,可以加速新装修房屋甲醛释放,快速达到平缓期,缩短空置时间。

【Abstract】 Indoor formaldehyde is the primary pollutant endangering human body health.This study was conducted in a newly-decorated house with three bedrooms and one study room.We heated the house with floor-heaters and test the effect of warming on the release of indoor formaldehyde.We treated the three bedrooms for three consecutive rounds.For each round we heated the rooms with floor heaters at 30~31℃for 7 days in closure conditions and then let it at natural temperature of 23~26℃and natural ventilation conditions for three days.The study room was untreated as the control.The indoor formaldehyde concentration is 0.240~0.253 mg/m~3.After the first round of heating,the average formaldehyde concentration is0.141~0.158 mg/m~3,after the second round it is 0.119~0.150 mg/m~3;and after the third round it becomes 0.060~0.064 mg/m~3.After three rounds of floor heating,formaldehyde content in the room were reduced by 72.7%~77.9%.It shows that floor heating has significant effect on the formaldehyde release in the newly decorated house.The final indoor formaldehyde concentration in the bedroom are negatively related to the indoor temperature,with the correlation coefficient being respectively-0.844,-0.863,-0.805(p<0.01).Floor heating can effectively reduce formaldehyde concentration in the newly-decorated house,which can accelerate the formaldehyde release.
