失活V2O5-WO3/TiO2烟气SCR脱硝催化剂再生工艺研究
The Experiment Research of Regeneration Method About Deactivated V2O5-WO3/TiO2 SCR Flue Gas deNOx Catalyst
【摘要】 针对某燃煤电厂SCR脱硝实际工况下失活的商业V2O5-WO3/TiO2催化剂,设计了鼓泡水洗、淋滤水洗和超声波水洗3种再生方法,通过比表面积测定(BET)、扫描电子显微镜及X射线能谱(SEM-EDX)、程序升温还原(H2-TPR)、原位漫反射傅立叶变换红外光谱(in situ DRIFTS)等表征方法对再生前后的催化剂理化性质进行比较研究,并在固定床脱硝性能测试平台上对催化剂再生效果进行了评价。研究发现:鼓泡法比其他2种方法能更好地恢复催化剂脱销活性,改善催化剂比表面积及孔结构,在恢复催化剂氧化还原能力和去除失活催化剂表面K、Ca元素的效果上也更优;3种方法在恢复失活催化剂表面酸性上效果不显著。
【Abstract】 According to the deactivated commercial V2O5-WO3/TiO2 catalyst under the actual conditions of the factory,three regeneration process of bubble water washing、leaching water washing andultrasonicwavewashingwere designed,changes of physico-chemical properties between poisoned and regenerated catalysts were investigated by BET specific surface area measurement,scanning electron microscope and X-ray energy spectrum(SEM-EDX),H2 temperature-programmed reduction(TPR),In-situ diffuse reflectance infrared spectrometry(in situ DRIFTS).and the effect of regeneration was evaluated on the fixed bed.It was found that bubbling washing method can restore the activity of the catalyst better than othermethods.bubbling washing method is also thebestway in improving catalyst specific surface area and pore structure and recovering catalyst oxidation reduction ability,removing K and Ca on the surface of catalyst,allofthe methods can not restore the surface acidity effectively.
