酸浸法回收电镀污泥中铜镍
Recovery of Copper and Nickel from Electroplating Sludge With Acid Leaching Method
【摘要】 为了将鄂州某表面处理工业园电镀污泥中的有价重金属铜、镍资源化并回收利用同时降低该电镀污泥危害性,采用硫酸对该电镀污泥进行浸出试验,并通过单因素条件实验分别考察固液比、浸出剂硫酸浓度、浸出反应时搅拌速率、浸出反应时间、浸出反应的温度对该电镀污泥铜、镍浸出效率的影响,从而通过对比得出最佳的浸出工艺条件:酸浸反应体系中固液比为1∶10、浸出剂硫酸体积分数为30%、浸出反应时搅拌速度为700 r/min、浸出反应时间为40 min、浸出反应温度为25℃;电镀污泥中铜、镍的浸出率分别为97.18%、96.02%。
【Abstract】 To reuse the copper and nichel from the electroplating sludge extracted from Ezhou surface treatment industry park,the sulfuric acid leaching process was studied. The effects of liquid-solid ratio, concentration of sulfuric acid, stirring rate, leaching time and temperature on the dissolving ratio of copper and nickel was investigated. The optimized leaching con-ditions are liquid-solid ratio of 1∶10, concentration of sulfuric acid of 30%, stirring rate of 700 r/min, leaching time of 40 min and temperature of 25 ℃, in which the leaching ratio of copper and nickel are 97.18%、96.02%.
