【摘要】 收集陕西省2006年至2013年相关数据,测算并评价陕西省生态环境保护绩效,采用回归模型从微观视角实证分析社会资本对生态环境保护绩效的效应,结果表明生态环境保护绩效的绝对增量和社会资本的相对增量呈正相关关系,并受到社会资本投资规模的约束。进而提出积极拓宽社会资本的融资渠道;健全生态环境保护产品的定价机制和社会资本的投资回报机制;完善社会资本参与生态环境保护的法律制度,以推动陕西省生态环境保护市场化机制的建立。更多还原

【Abstract】 Relevant data from 2006 to 2013 in Shaanxi Province were collected to measure and evaluate the performance of ecological environment protection in Shaanxi Province,and then using the regression model to analyze the influence of social capital on the performance of ecological environment protection from the microcosmic perspective,the results showed that the relationship between the absolute increment of ecological environment protection performance and the relative increment of social capital is positively correlated,and this positive correlation is restricted by the scale of social capital investment. In order to promote the establishment of ecological environment protection market mechanism of Shaanxi Province, it is necessary to actively expand the financing channels of social capital,and improve the pricing mechanism of products of ecological environment protection and the payback mechanism of social capital,and improve the legal system of social capital participating in the ecological environment protection.更多还原
