大修工程不同车道沥青路面结构搭接受力分析

【摘要】 不同车道沥青路面搭接是旧沥青路面大修工程中需要面临的问题,其搭接方式对新建路面结构整体稳定性有较大影响,直接影响着路面的使用寿命。文章依托实体工程,通过建立ABAQUS二维有限元模型,分析不同搭接宽度下,沥青加铺面层的拉应力与剪应力的变化规律。分析表明:沥青加铺面层最大拉应力随着搭接宽度的增大呈先增后减,最后趋于稳定,而最大剪应力随着搭接宽度的增加呈幂函数式递减。最后提出大修工程中不同车道路面搭接的技术建议。

【Abstract】 The overlapping of asphalt pavement in different lanes is a problem that needs to be faced in the overhaul project of old asphalt pavement,which has great influence on the overall stability of the new pavement structure and has a direct impact on the service life of pavement. This paper is based on the engineering entity,which analyze the variation of asphalt pavement layer tensile stress and shear stress under different overlap width through the establishment of two-dimensional finite element model of ABAQUS. The analysis shows that the asphalt pavement layer maximum tensile stress with the overlap width increasing first increases and then decreases and finally tends to be stable,while the maximum shear stress with overlap width increasing decreases in the form of the power function. In the end,the technical proposal for the lap of different lanes in the overhaul project is put forward.
