【摘要】 分析探讨毁伤评估的相关概念、名词和术语,为统一规范毁伤评估概念以及形成科学化的概念体系提供支撑和参考。基于兵器科学与技术和弹药工程学科范畴,以毁伤评估为主线,提出了由核心概念和关联概念所构成的毁伤评估概念体系框架及包含的主要内容;逐一分析了毁伤评估相关概念的内涵,给出了相对科学合理的定义或文字表述,并对可能存在的不同理解和认识进行了界定和区分。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes and discusses the concepts and terms of damage assessment,which provides support and useful reference for realizing unified specification of the concept of damage assessment and forming the scientific concept system of damage assessment. Based on the science and technology of weapons and ammunition engineering,and with the damage assessment as the main line,the concept system framework of damage assessment composed of core concepts and related concepts is put forward. This paper analyzes the connotation of related concept of damage assessment,and gives the definition of relative scientific and reasonable expression,and defines the different understanding that may exist.更多还原
