饲料中添加不同益生菌对虎龙斑生长、免疫力及抗氧化能力的影响

Effects of dietary probiotics on growth,immune and antioxidant abilities of hybrid grouper(Epinephelus fuscoguttatus ♀×E.lanceolatus ♂)

【摘要】 为了研究饲料中添加不同益生菌对虎龙斑生长、免疫力及抗氧化能力的影响,试验选用540尾体重为34 g左右的虎龙斑,随机分为6个组,在基础饲料中拌喂低浓度0.1%的芽孢杆菌、高浓度0.5%的芽孢杆菌、低浓度1%的光合细菌和高浓度5%的光合细菌,并以2%饲料用量的乳化鱼油包裹,配置成编号为Diet 1、Diet 2、Diet 3、Diet 4四种饲料作为益生菌添加组,再增设乳化鱼油组和对照组。60 d的试验结果表明,与对照组和乳化鱼油组相比,Diet 1和Diet 4组末体重、增重率显著增加,饲料系数显著降低(P<0.05),Diet 2和Diet 3组末体重、增重率极显著增加,饲料系数极显著降低(P<0.01),末体长四个益生菌添加组都显著增加(P<0.05)。不同益生菌对末肝体比、末脏体比、肥满度和成活率影响较小,均无显著差异(P>0.05)。相比于对照组和乳化鱼油组,各益生菌添加组虎龙斑的血清总蛋白浓度、血清超氧化物歧化酶、血清碱性磷酸酶、血清溶菌酶活性升高,Diet 2组显著或极显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。各益生菌添加组虎龙斑肝脏抗氧化酶(总抗氧化能力、过氧化氢酶、还原型谷胱甘肽)活性相比于对照组或乳化鱼油组均有提高,Diet 2组显著或极显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01),丙二醛水平降低(P<0.05)。哈维氏弧菌攻毒之后,各益生菌添加组的免疫保护率显著提升。饲料中添加芽孢杆菌和光合细菌可有效促进虎龙斑的生长、提升虎龙斑的免疫力和抗氧化能力。

【Abstract】 The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary probiotics supplementation on growth performance, immune and antioxidant abilities of hybrid grouper(E. fuscoguttatus ♀ ×E. lanceolatus ♂). Five hundred and forty fish were randomly allotted to six groups. A basal diet was supplemented with bacillus at 0.1%, 0.5% feed and with photosynthetic bacteria at 1%, 5% feed, and the control group and emulsified oil group. Four probiotics diet groups were configured to numbers for Diet 1, Diet 2, Diet 3, Diet 4 respectively.After feeding for 60 days, probiotics can significantly improve the final body weight, body length, weight gain rate and reduce the feed conversion ratio(P<0.05), especially the Diet 2 and Diet 3 group were significantly improved(P<0.01). Hepatosmatic index, viscerosomatic index, condition factorand survival rate had no significance(P>0.05).Compared with control group and emulsified oil group, the activities of serum total protein, super-oxide dismutase, alkaline phosphatase, lysozyme of the probiotics diet groups increased. Compard with the control or the emulsified oil group, the activities of hepatic antioxidant status(total antioxidant capacity, catalase, reduced glutathione) of the Diet 2 probiotics groups increased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01) and the malondialdehyde reducedsignificantly(P<0.05). After being challenged with Vibrio harveyi, it can significantly improve the im-mune protection rate of the probiotics diet group.These results indicated that dietary bacillus and photosynthetic bacteria could enhance the growth performance, significantly improve the immune, antioxidant ability.
