基于金属/无序光子晶体光学Tamm态的研究
Optical Tamm States in Metal/Disorder Photonic Crystal
【摘要】 光学Tamm态是一种存在于金属-分布式Bragg反射镜(DBR)结构中的界面模.在金属-DBR结构中,一般是用一维光子晶体结构来充当DBR.而我们的计算表明,当用一维无序光子晶体结构充当DBR时,同样存在类似于光学Tamm态的界面态.这种态与一维光子晶体中的光学Tamm态模式有着相同的性质,如能够被TE和TM模式激发,色散曲线为抛物线性等.这种模式在光学探测、无序激光领域有着潜在的应用.
【Abstract】 Optical Tamm state is a kind of interface mode which exists in metal-distributed Bragg reflector(DBR)structure.In metal-DBR structure,a one-dimensional photonic crystal structure usually acts as a DBR.However,our calculations show that interface state is also similar to the OTS when using a one-dimensional disordered photonic crystal structure as the DBR.This kind of state and the OTS mode in one-dimensional photonic crystal have the same properties,e.g.,it can be excited by TE and TM mode and the dispersion curve is parabolic and so on.This mode has potential applications in the field of optical detection and random laser.
